Formation and Responsibilities of the Nominating Commission
(a) A Nominating Commission shall be formed to nominate candidates for the central office, consisting of at least seven (7) members who have not submitted their names for election.
(b) Distinguished adults who are not the persons who will elect the Chairperson shall be given the responsibility of electing as the Chairpersons of the Nominating Commission.
(c) The Nominating Commission shall The following tasks shall be carried out: (1) The Election Commission shall make advance arrangements to ensure that all election-related matters are completed systematically; (2) Prepare the nomination form and name lists for the Central Election Commission; (3) Explain the voting methods; ( Secret / Hand / Proposed - Supported )
(4) Election of central officers (shall be directly elected by the members attending the meeting.)
(5) Announcement of the names of the elected central officers.
